@ClemFandan @Career_SC @sc_survey Humberside SCs can respond and be IPP with the proper training. It isn't just offered though. Usually takes a very long time to be considered for a course. Stinger training is now part of the IPP part of the driving course. To my knowledge, TPAC isn't supported.
